MatrimonyChamber is a matrimonial website (www.matrimonychamber.com) which is a division of Sitaram E-Commerce Centre, Puri and is to be used by those singles, who are searching for a bride or groom for leading a happy married life.
 
2:How to use this website? 
 
You can use this matrimonial website as a member (as a bride or as a groom). You have to register yourself in our website as a member by following necessary instructions given in the website. You have to agree the Terms & Conditions and also Privacy Policy. Then you have to complete your profile by filling up your complete details in different section, i.e. Personal Information, Religion Information, Professional Information, Family Details and Partners Preference. Then a page will open regarding different paid member packages, such as Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum including Free membership package. 

3: What are the charges for registering or using this website or it is free?
 
To become a member it is free; you can register yourself as a member free of cost.
 
4: Do you have any Membership Plan or Packages?
 
Yes, you can click on Membership Plan given at the bottom of the page and can know about various packages. These packages are only for our registered members. Details about the packages are given in the Membership Plan. 
 
5: As a member what benefits shall I get after registering in the website?
 
Benefits for free members are that the website is free to use for doing registration as a member, free uploading your profile, your photo, etc., free searching of perfect matches for you, editing & updating your profile on regular basis as and when required, support by relationship manager for profile updation, etc. But if you become a paid member selecting any package then you get more benefits. 
 
6: Is it possible to create two or more profiles in the website?
 
No. You cannot create more than one profile; because you will have to create your profile with your email id and hence with the same email id you cannot create another profile.
 
7: What type of photograph can I upload in my profile?
 
You can upload only your own photograph (front side of your face), which is clear, visible and descent; otherwise your photograph will not be approved and hence it will not be displayed in your profile.
 
8: What is the format type of the photo to be uploaded in my profile?
 
It should be in JPG/JPEG or PNG format.
 
9: How to recover my Password, if I forget it?
 
Click on the “forgot password” and then by following necessary instructions you can recover your password.
 
10: Is there any provision for validation/approval of profile and photo?
 
Yes. The profile and photos will be published in the website after approval by us. If the photo and profile is not descent it will be blocked.

You can view contact details of other matches of your choice but for that you have to purchase any package.

Yes, you can edit your photo, profile, mobile no., email Id & Partner’s Preference in your home page.
 
19: I am not a member of your website; but can I see search and view any profile of any bride or groom?
 
No, you cannot view any profile of any bride or groom if you are not a member, only you can visit our Home Page, as a visitor. In order to view any profile of any member (bride or groom) you have to register as a member which is free.
 
20: I am not a member of your website, but if I want to visit your site then do I have to pay to your website?
 
No, you will not have to pay anything for visiting our site. But you will not be able to view any profiles unless you become a registered member.
 
21: Can I purchase another package or upgrade the present package of my membership before expiry of the present package?
 
No. In order to purchase another package or to upgrade your present package you have to wait till the present package gets expired. And then only you will be eligible to purchase another package, i.e. a new package as per your choice.
